CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This (registration/sponsorship agreement) represents a commitment to attend, participate and/or sponsor. Players' participation and/or company logo placement in promotional materials will only be a guaranteed upon full payment.
- Up until March 31, 2024 - 50% of total value is refunded.
- Between April 1 and April 28, 2024 - 25%Â of total value is refunded.
- After May 1st, 2024 - No refund will be issued.
